About 

Alice Towey is an author of speculative fiction and poetry whose work has appeared in Clarkesworld, Asimov’s, Analog, and Fireside. She is a graduate of the Viable Paradise writing workshop.

When she’s not writing, Alice works as a Civil Engineer specializing in water resources management. She holds a degree in Physics from Bryn Mawr College and a Masters in Engineering from UC Berkeley. She lives in Northern California with her husband and two highly photogenic cats.
